Trustcorp Services Limited and its affiliated companies ("Trustcorp") are regulated by the Jersey Financial Services Commission for the conduct of Trust Company Business. Trustcorp is an independent fiduciary and corporate administrator established in 1999 in the Island of Jersey.
In 2007 we established Trustcorp Suisse SA based in Montreux. Trustcorp (Suisse) SA is a financial intermediary affiliated to PolyReg, a self-regulatory body recognized by the Swiss Federal Money Laundering Control Authority registered in Zurich, Switzerland.
In March 2009 we acquired Ansbacher Trustees (Jersey) Limited, which changed its name to Trustcorp (Jersey) Limited.
The principals and management team behind Trustcorp have extensive experience in offshore financial services. Their respective skills bring together the essential ingredients of offshore financial services - corporate governance, company secretarial practice, accounting, administration and law.
The entities Trustcorp administers include foundations, trusts, private companies, private trust companies structures, limited partnerships, employee benefit trusts, specialist marine structures and unit trusts, to which we provide a range of services.
Our clients include international private clients, local residents, entrepreneurs, international corporations, law and accounting firms and financial institutions.
